Scenario 7: Compliance Is Important!
Introduction
Aquavise Innovations is a company that designs and constructs water-diverting systems for land below sea level.
The management team is satisfied with your work, and is now ready for a new task. It's about compliance policies for their Windows devices.
Compliance is an important factor for Aquavise Innovations. Therefore, we would have to configure compliance policies for the devices within the organization.
Case
At the moment, there are only Windows devices enrolled in Intune. The focus right now is only to create a compliance policy for Windows.
We will start by configuring a set of basic policies so we can expand them in the future.
Task
- Create a compliance policy with the following requirements:
- Require firewall.
- Require TPM.
- Require antivirus & antispyware.
- Require Microsoft Defender Antimalware.
- Require Secure Boot & Code Integrity.
- Optional: Configure custom notifications
- The notification has to include custom variables.
- Add the IT mailbox as an additional recipient.
